If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase ,all you need to do is let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your flowers and we will gladly replace them. You may call The Flower Basket at 1-434-929-1960 or come by in person. We must have the flowers with the same container back before we can replace them. The reason is so we can see if there was a problem with our product.
